falling leaves

it's ironic how i wanted to be back at digman 216 so badly and now that i am, i don't feel like being around a huge bunch of people.

i'm supposed to be studying for brit lit now, using my interactive online hell. it's quite entertaining/educational. great study guide. but i'm taking a break for now. if you spent hours studying an interactive hell, you'd want to take a break, too, wouldn't you?

i was so happy to see michelle & tuttle last night - especially after a five-hour bus ride from flushing to bing. it was exhausting and all i did was sit and listen to music and stare out the window and wait. i couldn't even sleep for longer than thirty minutes straight. but coming home and seeing tuttle and sunroot and joanna and grace fung made me really really happy to be home. yeah. home. and then finally seeing michelle, oh man. it was like coming together with my other half. well, that, and we nearly fell into the street because i ran into her so fast and nearly tackled her. hehe :P

but today, it felt different. i just don't feel like being around a lot of people. i walked into pam's room when i came home from work today and felt so out of place. there were so many people in her room, and people kept coming.
i went back to our empty room because michelle was at the pods, and just started studying hell. i'm listening to classical music, too.

i told michelle i was in a hermit crab mood, but i sort of am but not really. i want to be a hermit crab but with michelle and tuttle here. i was gonna be a hermit crab in boaz's room, but it wasn't worth going up if he was leaving semi-soon for class. oh well.

man, some of this classical music makes me feel anxious.

i think i'm partially feeling this way because i feel really really tired. maybe i'll take a nap before going back to hell. i just have so many things on my mind, i guess.

i was very productive today. i woke up @ 8:15, took a shower, did my laundry, folded my laundry, spent some good quality time with God, and managed to be like 7 minutes late for my one and only class @ 10:50. funny, huh? yeah, i hate being late and feel stupid when that happens, but hey, it happens.

my hopes are that monday movie night in digman 216 will make this day brighter. don't get me wrong, i had a pretty joyous day despite feeling a bit under the weather, especially walking to and from class and just staring at the beautiful colors of the leaves on the trees all around me. i thanked God for providing me with such a good college and a good experience and a good campus.

just think, i could've been @ geneseo, right now. imagine how my life would've been so different. i certainly can't. nor do i want to. i'm content with where i am now.

ooh, i like mozart.

okay time to go back to hell.
