He sent back this answer: "Do not think that because you are in the king's house you alone of all the Jews will escape. For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and father's family will perish. And who knows but that you have come to royal position at such a time as this?" --Esther 4:13-14
If it's in God's will, then He will provide the resources to make it happen, whether you obey or not. But what if He chose you for this very time and place to make that very thing happen? Would you let it pass you by or will you stand up and say yes in obedience to Him?
I love the book of Esther. Esther's a strong woman with a winsome personality who knew exactly who she was. But even Esther needed a good push every once in a while in the right direction.
